Processing Time

All products are made to order. Once your order is placed, please allow 2–5 business days for processing and production before your order ships. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

• Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
• Economy Shipping: 7–14 business days
• USPS: 3–7 business days

Orders over $75 qualify for free shipping.

International Shipping

We ship to Canada, Australia, and select international destinations. Estimated delivery times vary by location:

• Canada: 7–14 business days
• Australia: 10–20 business days
• Rest of World: 14–30 business days

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because our products are made to order, we can only accept changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. Once production has begun, we are unable to modify or cancel orders.
